Terms of delivery and legal rights

General information
Products of the website are sold by MyOlsson OY business ID 2588222-2. We sell products to adult (of legal age) in Finland and the EU. Prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change the prices and shipping costs.
Ordering
Products are mainly ordered online using the shopping cart of myolsson.com. All orders are confirmed via email. To receive an order confirmation, an valid email address must be provided when ordering.
The customer agrees to the delivery terms that are valid at the time for each order.
Payment methods
Products and shipping costs are paid when ordering. The following payment methods can be used: Banks that are located in Finland (Nordea, Osuuspankki, Danske Bank, Aktia, Paikallisosuuspankki, Säästöpankki, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Ålandsbanken) as well as payment cards Visa, Visa Electron and Mastercard. In mobile payment we support pivo and MobilePay. Payment is made through Checkout Finland Oy.

Checkout is a secure payment method. Pursuant to the transitional provision of the Payment Institutions Act, the service is entered in the payment institution register maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority.

Delivery time
We post products three times a week. We aim to deliver your order within 2-5 business days to Finland and 5-7 business days to other EU countries after receipt of payment. MyOlsson OY is not liable for delays caused by force majeure or indirect hindrance caused by delays in delivery.
Delivery method and costs
Delivery costs are included in the order. Any exchange and return costs are the responsibility of the customer. We send products via Posti.
Terms of exchanges and returns
The customer has the right to exchange or return their purchase within 14 days in accordance with the EU Consumer Protection Act. The right of return only applies to products that are unused and marketable in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for postage fees for exchanges and returns.
We do not cover the normal wear and tear of the product or defects due to improper handling or neglect of maintenance instructions.

We do not accept returns more than 14 days after the delivery. Once the refund is accepted, the money will be refunded directly to your account upon receipt and processing of the refund.

Issues during transport and for defective products
If the product has been lost during transport, damaged or incorrect product has been delivered to the customer, the customer must report the error immediately to mallu@myolsson.com or by mail to:

Notification of incorrect delivery or a defective product must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. If the product package is damaged during transport, a complaint must be immediately made to Finnish Posti.
Other
We reserve the right to change the terms of delivery. Before ordering, the customer must familiarize oneself with the terms of delivery.
We reserve the right to withhold an order without reference to the previous order history or content of the order. We will notify the customer of the case.
MyOlsson Oy processes all customer information confidentially.
